104 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 104 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 104 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of our platform.

Use of the 104 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

  • Aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
  • Residing or located in a geographic region where online betting activities are permitted.
  • Possess full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
  • Not prohibited from using online gambling platforms under any applicable local laws.

104 reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate accounts found to not meet the eligibility criteria above, at any time.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

When registering an account on the 104 platform, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your personal details current whenever any changes occur. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You must ensure that your account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party. 104 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

Platform Usage Rules

Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the104 platform, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
  • Use of automated software, bots, or scripts without written authorisation.
  • Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Uploading content that violates the law or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Use of the platform for any money laundering activities.

Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 104 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia, including online banking via FPX, TNG eWallet, and other local payment options listed in the deposit section of your account.

Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. 104 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers or technical issues beyond our control.

Withdrawal requests will be processed once the required identity verification has been completed. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the 104 platform account. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take several business days.

104 reserves the right to request additional verification for transactions exceeding certain limits, or in cases where suspicious activity is detected, as part of our compliance and security measures.

  • TNG eWallet
  • All amounts in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

104 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, or where there is reasonable cause to do so, including:

  • Confirmation that the user provided false information during registration.
  • The user is found to have engaged in fraudulent or manipulative activity.
  • Request from a relevant legal authority or regulatory body.
  • The user has breached the minimum age requirement or other eligibility conditions.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of an account suspension or closure, any valid remaining balance will be processed for return once all required investigations are complete, subject to applicable legal and compliance requirements.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team via email at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within seven business days from the date a complete request is received.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Limitation of Liability

The 104 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, 104 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of wagered funds, service interruptions, or inaccessibility due to technical factors.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 104 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface designs, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 104 and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

104 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Third-Party Links & External Services

The 104 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party service providers, including game providers, payment processors, and technical service providers. These links or integrations are provided for convenience only. 104 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties.

Users are advised to read and understand the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services they use within the context of the 104 platform. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
